Terms of Service
Last updated: October 14, 2026
By installing or using the Video Grabber browser extension (for Chrome, Edge or Firefox), you agree to these terms.
Using Video Grabber
- Video Grabber helps you save videos that websites deliver to your browser. You are responsible for what you download.
- Only download content you own, that is licensed for download, or that you otherwise have the right to save. Respect copyright and each website's terms.
- Video Grabber does not support YouTube or DRM-protected/encrypted streams, and you may not use it to get around copy protection.
Free and Pro plans
- The free plan includes 3 downloads.
- Pro is a paid upgrade purchased inside the extension. Prices are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the extension (Upgrade → Manage plan); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are processed by ExtensionPay and Stripe.
Refund policy
If Video Grabber Pro doesn't work for you, email ikeram@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase or renewal with the email address you paid with, and we'll refund that payment in full. Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
No warranty
Websites change how they deliver video, so some videos may not be detected or saved. Video Grabber is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use Video Grabber means you accept the updated terms.
Open-source software
Video Grabber includes open-source components, including FFmpeg (via ffmpeg.wasm, GPL-2.0-or-later) and ExtPay.js (LGPL-3.0). Their source code is available at github.com/ffmpegwasm/ffmpeg.wasm, ffmpeg.org and github.com/Glench/ExtPay.
